THE 11th ANNUAL ALL BREEDS COMPANION DOG SHOW

and

WELSH BERNESE GET-TOGETHER

      in aid of Bernese Welfare UK was held on

Saturday 7th June 2008 at

LLys Derwen, Fford Bryngwyn, Llanrug, near Caernarfon, Gwynedd LL55 4RD

The warm, sunny weather which shone down on the beautiful, spacious venue was brilliant.

  There was a fantastic turnout of 223 entries for judge Mrs Edith Miller (Garegg Ddu) in the Companion Dog Show plus many spectators at ringside.

The hard work and generosity of everyone involved in the show raised the staggering £2164.90p with a few more pledges as yet to be received!

THANK YOU SO MUCH from all the needy Bernese this money will help.

The carters were immaculately turned out, gave a display and were much admired by the appreciative crowd

Lewis the Shih Tzu owned by Jones & Harp was awarded Best in Show

Caleb the Bullmastiff owned by TS Williams was awarded Reserve Best in Show

Jif the Pointer owned by Claire Atkins won Best Puppy in Show

Gail Williams' GSD Yasmin won Best Veteran in Show

Andy Vogan's Bernese Bertie won the trophy for Best Carting Turnout

Bethan's Elsa celebrates her 10th birthday on 25th June 2008 and .........

...... her friends helped her celebrate a little early at the show with this beautiful cake!
