Listed below are the major UK events where large numbers of Bernese and their owners gather.  Most of the General (all breed)Championship Shows on this list schedule different breeds to appear on different days - Bernese are classified in the Working Group and the day they will be in attendance is specified.  Those General (all breed) Championship Shows will usually attract  approx 50 to 90 Bernese exhibits, whilst the Bernese Club(s) Open Shows may have around 60 - 80 in attendance.  Bernese Club(s) Championship Shows might attract 100 to 200+ entries in attendance on occasion.

The following information has been gleaned from the various UK Bernese club websites, club magazines, officers and committee members, and the Championship Show Dates have been taken from different published sources.  Hopefully all the information below is accurate – but we cannot guarantee that - you are advised to check details with the event organisers!  Please advise us of any inaccuracies so they can  be corrected.
